For BMW E36 M-Power we prepared special offer to make the car much faster. We offer you a turbocharger installation which enables to gain extra power from your S50 3.0 or 3.2 engine. There are two different stages of such project. If you have any questions related to that, do not hesitate to ask us. We will resolve your doubts.
Stage 1
Power: 380 HP, 450NM
This stage is based on stock bottom end of the engine. Stock S50 engine is capable of withstand up to 380HP, but for reliability we suggest considering Stage 2 at the beginning.
Stage 1 contains of:
- Garrett GT Ball Bearing turbocharger
- Cast iron turbocharger exhaust manifold
- Stainless steel 3.0" exhuast manifold with 2 mufflers
- HKS Blow off valve
- HKS wastegate valve
- Front mounted aluminium intercooler
- Stainless steel intake system with silicone elbow connections
- more efficient Bosch fuel pump and Siemens Deka fuel injectors
- modified engine control unit
- MAC electronic boost controller
- additional boost sensor and exhaust gas temperature gauges
- reinforced Sachs Performance clutch system
- thicker Cometic MLS cylinder headgasket to lower compression ratio
- ARP cylinder head studs

- new cylinder head and oil sump gaskets and o-rings

Stage 2
Power: 500-550HP, 600-650NM
Stage 2 requires reinforcing the engine block. We mount brand good forged pistons and connecting rods to make engine stronger. The engine is able to withstand more power thanks to that modification and full regeneration.
Stage 2 contains of Stage 1 components and:
- forged pistons and forged connecting rods
- ARP cylinder head and connecting rods bolts
- engine block full regeneration
- additional front mounted oil cooler
- modified engine control unit
