We can modify your BMW E36 or E34 with 2.0, 2.5 or 2.8 engines. Turbocharger installation will allow us to gain extra power from your engine. We offer you three different stages of such project. If you have any questions related to that, do not hesitate to ask us. We will resolve your doubts.
Stage 1
Power: 350 HP, 450NM
This stage is based on stock bottom end of the engine. Stock M50 engines are capable of withstand up to 350 HP (M52 engines up to 320HP).
Stage 1 contains of:
- Garrett GT Ball Bearing turbocharger
- Cast iron turbocharger exhaust manifold
- Stainless steel 3.0" exhuast system with 2 mufflers
- HKS Blow off valve
- HKS wastegate valve
- Front mounted aluminium intercooler
- Stainless steel intake system with silicone elbow connections
- more efficient Bosch fuel pump and fuel injectors
- modified engine control unit
- MAC electronic boost controller
- additional boost sensor and exhaust gas temperature sensor gauges
- reinforced clutch system
- thicker cylinder headgasket to lower compression ratio
- cylinder head full regeneration
- new cylinder head and oil sump gaskets and o-rings

Stage 2
Power: 450HP, 550NM
Stage 2 requires reinforcing the engine block. We mount brand good forged pistons and connecting rods to make engine stronger. The engine is able to withstand more power thanks to these modification and labour work. If a M52 engine is modified, we replace an aluminium engine block with a cast iron one from a M50 base.
Stage 2 contains of Stage 1 components and:
- forged pistons and forged connecting rods
- ARP cylinder head and connecting rods bolts
- engine block full regeneration
- additional front mounted oil cooler
- modified engine control unit

Stage 3
Power: 500HP, 600NM
Stage 3 is an improvement for Stage 2. We add more aggresive Catcams camshafts, bigger throttle body and aluminium intake manifold. These specialized modifications release hidden potential in M50/M52 engine.
Stage 3 contains of:
- Catcams intake and exhaust turbo conversion camshafts
- 80mm throttle body
- improved aluminium KSRacing intake manifold
- modified engine control unit
