Stage 1
Power: 250 HP, 300NM (for 325i)
This stage is based on stock bottom end of the engine. Stock M20 engines are capable of withstand up to 250 HP.
Stage 1 contains of:
- Garrett GT Ball Bearing turbocharger with internal wastegate valve
- Steel turbocharger exhaust manifold
- Stainless steel 3.0" exhuast system with 2 mufflers
- HKS Blow off valve
- Front mounted aluminium intercooler
- Stainless steel intake system with silicone elbow connections
- more efficient Bosch fuel injectors
- modified engine control unit
- MAC electronic boost controller
- additional boost sensor and exhaust gas temperature sensor gauges
- reinforced clutch system
