BMW 1JZ/2JZ GTE engine swap Stage 1&2&3

We are proud to offer you a special proposal for BMW cars like E30, E36, E46 or E34. Toyota 1JZ/2JZ GTE engines are famous for strenght and reliability. We can mount the Toyota engine and drivetrain into your bimmer to make a serious beast. The BMW E36 chassis with a 500HP Toyota 2JZ engine on board accelerates from 100 to 200 kmph in 6.5s what means that such setup is extreme fast. We prepared for you 3 stages which you can check below. If you have any questions related to that, do not hesitate to ask us. We will resolve your doubts. You do not have to start at Stage 1. You can begin your project at Stage 2 or Stage 3. 

Stage 1

Power: 350 HP 450NM (for both 1JZ & 2JZ)

Stage 1 is based on stock 1JZGTE or 2JZGTE engine. The 1JZGTE is a 2.5-litre twin turbo engine which is capable of producing up to 350HP on stock turbochargers. 2JZGTE is a 3.0-litre sequential twin turbo engine and has better low end torque. 2JZGTE engine is also better for higher horsepower limits because of additional 0.5 litre of an engine displacement. 

Stage 1 contains of:

- Toyota 1JZ or 2JZ GTE engine with stock turbochargers
- Toyota Supra MK3 gearbox
- modified driveshaft to connect Toyota engine with BMW differential
- Stainless steel 3.0" exhuast system with 2 mufflers
- Front mounted aluminium intercooler
- Stainless steel intake system with silicone elbow connections
- more efficient Bosch Motorsport fuel pump
- modified engine control unit
- MAC electronic boost controller
- additional boost sensor and exhaust gas temperature sensor gauges
- reinforced Toyota clutch system
- Spal electrical cooling fan
- front mounted oil cooler

Stage 2

Power: 450HP 500NM (for 1JZ), 500HP 600NM (for 2JZ)

Stage 2 is an improvement for Stage 1. We replace Toyota twin turbochargers with single Garrett GT turbocharger, which is capable of producing more power.

Stage 2 contains of :

- Garrett GT Ball Bearing turbocharger
- Stainless steel turbo exhaust manifold
- HKS Blow off valve
- HKS wastegate valve
- more efficient fuel injectors
- modified exhaust system
- modified engine control unit

Stage 2 is an add in for Stage 1, so the car needs to have Stage 1 already mounted. 

Stage 3

Power: 500HP 600NM (for 1JZ), 600HP 700NM (for 2JZ)

In Stage 3 we find hidden potential of the Toyota engine. We prepare the engine for higher horsepower results. The engine will get brand good forged pistons and forged connecting rods, more aggresive Brian Crower camshafts, better intake system with big housing throttle body and improved intake manifold. These mods will let us achieve 500+ HP with the same good reliability. 

Stage 3 contains of:

- Brian Crower intake and exhaust camshafts
- 80mm throttle body
- improved aluminium KSRacing intake manifold
- modified engine control unit
- forged pistons and forged connecting rods
- ARP cylinder head and connecting rods bolts
- engine block and cylinder head full regeneration
- ACT Extreme 6-pads clutch system

Stage 3 is an add in for Stage 2, so the car needs to have Stage 2 already mounted. Stage 2 & 3 may be implemented in the same time.
